ADJUSTMENT METHOD FOR ELEMENT GEOCHEMICAL DATA FROU SURFACE SEDIMENTS AND ITS APPLICATION TO THE BOHAI SEA

  • Element geochemical data of marine surface sediments from investigation program usually derive from multi-sources which are measured by different institutions, using different instruments and methods. This paper focuses on element of Si. The regression simulation of adjacent pair-points were used for adjusting of systematic error and integrating of mappable units. The results show that this method could successfully remove the systematic error and resulted in a good element distribution pattern and more reasonable value ranges.
